1) Eligibility: The Tudors Online and Win Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to all U.S. citizens legally residing in the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and who are existing Charter High-Speed Internet customers in good standing in Charter Communications Operating, LLC as of the day prior to the start date of the weekly cycle entered. See Rule #3 for definition of cycles.

To be a subscriber in good standing, customer must have no outstanding obligation to Showtime or participating Charter Communications operator at time of entry. Potential winner may be required to provide proof of subscriber status; e.g. internet invoice showing qualifying Charter internet subscription status on date prior to start date of the weekly cycle entered. Employees, officers, directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same household) of Showtime Networks Inc., Charter Communications Operating, LLC (collectively, "Sponsors"), Archway Marketing Services, Inc. ("Administrator"), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising, promotion, and production agencies are not eligible to participate or win. Void in Puerto Rico, Florida, New York and wherever prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

2) How to Enter: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on March 5, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 30, 2008 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period will be divided into three (3) cycles as defined in Rule #3. To enter, go to www.charter.net ("Website"), follow the onscreen instructions, and complete the online entry registration process as directed on the Website. For each eligible entrant that correctly completes the entry process, one entry will be placed into the random drawing for that week's cycle. Limit of one entry per person per week. The Sponsors, Administrator, and any Internet access providers, their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, and agencies and each of the foregoing entities' respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transfer of entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access web sites, damage to a user's computer system (hardware and software) due to participation in this Sweepstakes or any other problem or error that may occur. No responsibility is assumed for entrant information that is incomplete or incorrectly entered. All entries become the property of the Sponsors. Participants who submit inaccurate entry data and/or exceed the entry limits may be excluded from participation at any time during the Sweepstakes. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and consent to use of their names and/or photographs for advertising or publicity purposes by Sponsors and their designees in any and all media without further consideration or approval, except where prohibited by law.

3) DEFINITION OF CYCLES/ENTRY PERIOD: Each cycle's entry period begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on the "Start" date and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on the "End" date shown in the Cycle Entry Period/Drawing Chart below (hereinafter, "Weekly Cycle"). Non-winning entries will NOT roll over to subsequent Weekly Cycle drawings. Sponsors are the official timekeepers for this Sweepstakes.

4) Weekly Prize Drawings. A random drawing to select one potential Grand Prize winner for each Weekly Cycle will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during that Weekly Cycle as outlined in Rule #3 above. Drawings will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Potential winners will be notified by mail within seven (7) days of the respective Weekly Cycle prize drawing. Potential winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) within fourteen (14) days of issuance of notification. Failure to complete and return the documents in the time noted or if prize notification is undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning a prize are subject to the total number of eligible entries received per Weekly Cycle.

5) Prizes and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Three (3) Grand Prizes (One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) winner per Weekly Cycle): A LG 50" Flat Panel Plasma HDTV. ARV: $1500.00 each. Total ARV of all prizes is $4500.00. Prizes are non-transferable; no substitution allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability, and only then for a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and any other expenses not explicitly specified herein are the sole responsibility of winners. Any and all guarantees and warranties for merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty or guarantee claims. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.

6) Limitations of Liability: Each participant agrees (i) to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and Administrator, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, and (ii) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any & all claims, actions, and/or liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or for entry into this Sweepstakes, any related activities, or acceptance or use of any prize won.

7) General Conditions: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Should this Sweepstakes be terminated, Sponsors reserve the right to select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer system, server, or service providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsors on account of technical problems, human error or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer equipment relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
