Presentation The mouse and keyboard allows for more precise aiming, though awkward for driving. Strong main storyline, powerful characters, and the cell phone interface works well functionally and thematically.
9
Graphics An amazing cityscape packed with authentic detail along and great effects, but you'll need a really powerful system to see the benefits of the PC version.
9.5
Sound A great soundtracks and an unbelievable amount of spoken dialogue, almost universally delivered with flair, emotion, and an edge of humor. The sound design of the city is pulled off remarkably well.
9
